We are searching for the best talent to join our team as the Senior Director, U.S. Communications & Public Affairs, Oncology. This role has a preferred office location of Horsham, PA but consideration will be given to Titusville, NJ.
The Senior Director, U.S. Communications & Public Affairs, Oncology is a key leadership role in one of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's largest and most strategically important businesses. As a strategic business partner to the Presidents of Hematology and Solid Tumor, this leader serves as a member of both the Solid Tumor Leadership Team and Hematology Leadership Team.
Reporting to the Vice President, Communications & Public Affairs, Innovative Medicine Americas, this role is responsible for developing and implementing integrated communications and public affairs strategies that advance business objectives, support key growth brands and launches, strengthen Johnson & Johnson's leadership position in oncology, and help develop a favorable environment for innovation and patient impact. The Senior Director provides strategic counsel to business leaders on reputation, issues management, policy and advocacy, executive communications, organizational effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement.
To deliver against these priorities, the Senior Director leads a high-performing team and serves on the Americas Communications & Public Affairs Leadership Team, partnering closely with leaders across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Global Corporate Affairs, Policy, and other functions to drive business growth and enterprise impact. This leader will partner closely with the Vice President, Global Communications & Public Affairs, Oncology and lead within the Oncology CPA Community of Practice. The successful candidate will also ensure alignment between business priorities and communications strategies across the oncology franchise.

$178,000.00 - $307,050.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
