Do you get excited about building intelligent automation that operates at Amazon scale? Interested in applying LLMs and AI to security engineering problems? Enjoy working with the latest
AWS technologies? Here in Defensive Security, we have that special role just for you!
The Augmented Remediation Insights & Architecture (ARIA) team is building the next generation of automation and tooling that powers how Amazon measures, operates, and accelerates security remediation. Our systems use LLMs and data-driven intelligence to turn manual, reactive processes into automated ones and bar raise our security operation. These applications enable Amazon defensive security and security management teams globally, giving leaders real-time visibility into remediation health across the company. Our customers are Amazon security teams, internal builders, and ultimately Amazon's customers. Our engineers work directly with stakeholders, get close to customers' needs, and are empowered to take technical risks to build the best-in-class software with respect to quality, scale, and insights. The technical foundation this team builds helps keep all of Amazon (Fulfillment Centers, Physical Stores, Whole Foods, Fresh, etc.) secure.
We need folks who have a passion for building intelligent systems that make the right decision at scale. Those with an entrepreneurial spirit to take risks, experiment with new technical methods, and focus on improving what came before will find themselves perfectly at home in our team.
