Description -
The Senior Display Product Planner will play a key role in shaping the future of our display portfolio for flagship office spaces and specialized workflows. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of customer insight, technology, business strategy, and cross-functional leadership. You will help define products that elevate the customer experience, strengthen market differentiation, and support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product planning for display solutions designed for flagship office environments and specialized professional workflows.
Develop product recommendations grounded in voice of the customer, market data, competitive insights, technology trends, and business objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, unmet customer needs, competitive gaps, and portfolio priorities.
Translate customer and market insight into product concepts, positioning, and feature priorities that strengthen portfolio competitiveness.
Balance customer needs, market dynamics, technology feasibility, and financial goals to support sound portfolio decisions.
Build strong working relationships across engineering, finance, cost, supply chain, sales, category, and execution teams to drive alignment and progress.
Partner closely with panel suppliers and other key vendors with global footprints to understand capabilities, roadmaps, and opportunities.
Collaborate with system teams, including engineering, finance, cost, and supply chain stakeholders, to ensure product plans are executable and financially sound.
Work with category and market-facing teams to enable effective go-to-market planning and support commercial success.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
Build business cases that support investment decisions, portfolio choices, and product prioritization.
Present clearly and confidently to customers, senior executives, and internal stakeholders.
Create compelling presentations and narratives that simplify complexity and support strategic storytelling.
Travel as needed for customer engagement, partnership building, and design support.
Required Qualifications
Experience in product planning, product management, portfolio strategy, or a related role within the PC, display, or broader technology industry.
Strong understanding of the PC and/or display industry, including market dynamics, customer use cases, and technology trends.
Proven ability to conduct market analysis and convert insights into actionable product or portfolio recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize voice of the customer over personal preference when shaping product direction.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a complex, matrixed organization.
Strong business acumen, including comfort with P&L-oriented discussions and business case development.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling, polished presentations.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience planning or managing products for premium office environments, flagship spaces, or specialized workflows.
Experience working with global suppliers, especially panel suppliers or related ecosystem partners.
Familiarity with commercial go-to-market planning and category management.
Experience engaging directly with customers and senior executive audiences.

Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
10+ years of work experience, preferably in product planning, product management, product design, portfolio strategy, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
