Job description
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The AI Lab is an AI solutions accelerator and lighthouse for Google, helping marketers see the future and ensure progressive usage of AI. Our mission is to identify, incubate, and graduate substantive AI tools and operating models that benefit all of Google marketing.
As a Senior AI Transformation Program Manager, you will be a key part of setting the strategy, operating model, and execution plans for complex cross-functional programs that are critical to the AI-driven transformation of Google Marketing. You will partner closely with AI Lab project leads and be responsible for ensuring the AI Lab successfully partners with Core Engineering, Marketing Operations, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Risk, Finance, Strategy and Operations (S&O)) to prioritize work, align plans, deliver impact, and graduate AI Lab solutions out for scaled adoption across all program areas and regions. You grow in fast-paced, team environments and are comfortable pivoting between multiple projects. Problem-solving comes naturally, and your ability to build consensus and create clarity from ambiguity is key to your success. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.Responsibilities
