The Channel XF Merchandising Manager is responsible for all merchandising documentation activities that support new product introductions in Channel. Taking inputs from multiple teams across Marcom and Sales, this role drives the output of all merchandising guidelines and store level plans, ensuring the flawless execution of our product and visual merchandising ambitions in Channel.
Grasp new product merchandising strategies and ensure consistency across fixtures and deliverables
Collaborate and communicate extensively across many teams to gain alignment on merchandising details and assemble information for documentation
Ensure communications are streamlined, easy to understand and execute
Confirm all deliverables are correct to merchandising standards and strategies
Anticipate global merchandising questions and needs
7+ years of experience in visual merchandising, with a focus on merchandising operations
Experience with writing comprehensive merchandising direction
Experience in working with cross functional and regional teams to bring merchandising strategies to life
Proficient in Keynote & presentation experience with large groups and leadership
Ability to explain merchandising strategies in a clear and confident manner
Flexible, organized and exceptional attention to detail
Passion for great work, with the ability to influence cross functional teams to drive the work forward
Thrive as part of a cross-functional team, flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Build rapport, credibility and influence across multiple teams in a highly matrix’d organization
Bachelor’s degree preferred

The Channel team within Apple’s Worldwide Marketing Communications group is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies that deliver against both marketing strategies and channel commercial objectives. The team leads the upfront strategy and alignment and provides on-going cross-functional oversight and coordination of Apple’s marketing efforts in Channel. The Channel Cross-Functional (XF) Merchandising Readiness team is responsible for the implementation and execution of product merchandising strategies across all Channel points of sale, globally.
