Job Overview
Direct and manage project(s) and/or multi-project programs ensuring the quality of deliverables are on time and within budget. Ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.
Essential Functions
• Manage the scope of work, objectives, timelines, quality of deliverables, and all other project management activities for the project(s) and/or multi-project program(s).
• Serve as primary project contact with internal and external customers to ensure appropriate communication channels are maintained and reporting schedules adhered to.
• Develop project plans for all phases of the project and associated deliverables.
• Review project budget and scope of work, including management of project budget(s) to meet financial and company goals proactively ensure adherence to change control processes.
• Supervise maintenance of project management information and data tracking systems.
• May direct project activities for team members regarding their project-oriented tasks to ensure that project milestones are met.
• Evaluate impact of risks, develop and implement quality and risk management plans for minimizing impact on project objectives and deliverables.
• Continually review and ensure adequate internal and external resources are available to meet project deliverables and milestones.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement processes for assigned projects.
• Participate in RFP development and sales/proposal presentations; provides input on scope and budget development.
• Provide technical expertise and project management experience to Project Manager(s) and training efforts.
• Serve as a project management liaison with other groups within IQVIA.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree minimum
• 7+ years experience in Clinical Trial Operations including at least 3 years in a role of primary responsibility for clinical trial execution and management
• Deep U.S. institutional engagement experience
Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with operational leaders and high-performing investigators and within key academic centers, community sites, with a track record of translating those relationships into strong enrollment outcomes.
• Strategic partnership with Medical Science Liaisons
Experience working closely with MSLs to engage investigators, inform site selection, and strengthen overall site strategy. Candidates should be able to articulate how Clinical and Medical Affairs collaboration has enhanced site performance and enrollment and the distinct remits of each role.
• Strength in site strategy and feasibility
Ability to proactively identify and prioritize the right sites using data, institutional knowledge, and field insights (including MSL input), and to continuously optimize the site mix based on performance.
• Ownership of U.S. enrollment performance
Demonstrated success driving enrollment through thoughtful site engagement, patient access strategies, and targeted institutional partnerships, including attention to diverse patient populations. Operates at a portfolio and strategy level, not task execution
• Country-level strategic thinking within global trials
Experience translating global study strategies into effective U.S. execution, while serving as the voice of U.S. sites and investigators to global teams.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $82,600.00 - $229,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
