Software Engineer Applications

The Apple Media Services team is seeking an exceptional software engineer to join our Everywhere team. You'll architect critical system features—from low-level networking and authentication APIs to shared UI frameworks—that reach millions of customers across mobile, desktop, Smart TVs, game consoles, and more. Your work will directly shape how users discover, subscribe to, and engage with Apple's entire services ecosystem.

Implement new features across a variety of platforms and devices
Design and implement APIs in our shared frameworks
Work with cross-functional teams on integration and adoption
Build tests and write documentation

Strong programming fundamentals
Desire and aptitude to independently learn new languages and frameworks
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Passionate about quality and attention to detail

Familiarity with either C++, Kotlin, TypeScript, or Swift

Help shape the foundation of Apple's services ecosystem. Our shared frameworks power experiences used by millions. As an engineer on this team, you'll architect new APIs, collaborate with design to craft intuitive interfaces, and build business-critical features. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure our frameworks enable teams across Apple to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $171,600 and $258,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
