Key job responsibilities
* Driving innovation that improves the under-the-roof processes and continuously removes cost from our fulfillment and delivery network
* Partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, execute, and standardize complex projects to achieve R2L goals.
* Gathering and analyzing data across fulfillment and delivery functions to establish global standards for operations and other cross functional teams
* Analyzing and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities
* Developing Amazon best practices for internal operations
* Leveraging analytics to support the future state of the business
The Sr. Supply Chain Manager will also demonstrate:

A day in the life
The Sr. Supply Chain Manager leads network capacity modeling and optimization across North American SSD facilities, managing multiple delivery streams including SSD, Grocery, Pharmacy, Injection and Hazmat. The role drives weekly operational decisions, strategic planning, and high-visibility events like Prime Day and Peak seasons. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Design teams, the SCM optimizes network performance and implements productivity improvements to meet 2025 volume targets. Key responsibilities include data-driven decision making, developing automated capacity planning systems, and creating scalable processes. Success requires both technical expertise and strategic business acumen. - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
