Partner cross-functionally with procurement, facilities, construction, project controls, engineering, EH&S, finance, tax, and operations stakeholders to move projects efficiently while protecting company objectives.
Manage and coordinate outside counsel for specialized construction, real estate, regulatory, environmental, labor, and dispute matters.
Deliver practical training and proactive legal mentorship to business teams to improve issue spotting, contract rigor, and execution quality.
Minimum Qualifications:

Familiarity with land use, permitting, incentives, utilities, or energy interface issues as they relate to major project development.
