Job description
We are looking for a people-focused and results-oriented Program Manager (PM) based in WAS19, Amazon HQ2, who will execute and support the larger CTXR team on key projects across multiple initiatives, proactively drive program improvements and mechanisms, oversee team budget, ad-hoc projects that drive efficiency and deliver results, and execute external events. This individual will work closely with program leaders, our events lead, as well as administrative, Finance, and HR partners to ensure we structure, prioritize, and track programs that execute on our vision. The PM will be part of a global Strategic Initiatives team that drives centralization and adoption of mechanisms and strives for operational excellence.
This role requires high attention to detail, organizational skills, experience planning and executing events, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid environment, while maintaining great flexibility, a sense of humor and composure. They should also be proactive in understanding and communicating critical business needs and know how those translate into solutions. This person must have experience building long-term, strategic relationships, and becoming influential partners. They will not only successfully develop and drive programs across teams, but is willing to roll up their sleeves, have a strong backbone, dive into the weeds to get the job done, focusing on the data and details to ensure the right inputs are top of mind for our customers and stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
• Handle a high volume of requests, engagements, and interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain existing and set up new mechanisms for the CTXR team.
• Actively identify and resolve gaps or dependencies between projects, act on any not being tracked/actioned.
• Oversee a team’s budget, working closely with Finance and Billing to secure financial spending, and associated internal and external deadlines are met.
• Own and facilitate internal reporting for the team such as ROB calendars, upcoming deadlines, and more.
• Support event management and workflows, including pre-production logistics planning, onsite execution, and post-event wrap up.
• Development of project plans, and manage deliverables and timelines associated with the event plan.
• Track, collect, and report on event metrics, and analyze program elements for effectiveness to measure success and YoY improvement recommendations.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
