Job description
As Principal Product Manager on the Personal Mobile Devices team, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for consumer AI agentic experiences — inventing the mental models, and interaction paradigms through which hundreds of millions of customers will engage with AI agents on their most personal devices. This is not incremental feature work. This is new-to-world product creation at the intersection of agentic AI, consumer design, and personal devices.
We are seeking: • A world-class product maker with experience in consumer product management, including multiple cycles of shipping new-to-world products or experiences at scale.
• A hands-on builder. You amplify your work through agents, creating product documents, experience prototypes, and use agentic tools as a natural extension of your product thinking. You believe the best product insights come from iterative making and experiencing, not just specifying.
• Knowledgeable in agentic AI architecture. You understand agentic systems architecture (e.g., OpenClaw-like architectures, tool-use frameworks, agent orchestration) and can engage credibly with research scientists and engineers at the frontier. You are already a power user of agentic harnesses and tools.
• A design-minded product leader. You have exceptional taste in consumer UX/CX and a track record of shipping consumer applications with daily engagement, where design quality and usability is a competitive differentiator.
• Comfortable with ambiguity at scale. You thrive in environments where the problem, the solution, and the market are all being defined simultaneously.
• A compelling communicator. You write with precision, present and demo with conviction, capable of aligning executives, inspiring teams, and earning trust across disciplines.
Key job responsibilities
• Define the vision for how customers will interact with AI agents on personal devices; the conceptual models, interaction patterns and end-to-end experiences that make agentic AI intuitive, trustworthy, and indispensable in daily life.
• Be truly customer obsessed, invent and simplify to deliver a truly breakthrough interaction paradigm. Work backwards from customer need, expressed and latent, develop deep intuition and judgement through daily lived experience with multiple prototypes.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap from zero-to-one through scale, translating emerging AI capabilities into delightful, high-frequency consumer experiences.
• Build to think — use agentic coding tools and rapid prototyping to explore product concepts, stress-test assumptions, and accelerate the product-making process; you lead by making, not just by writing docs.
• Drive execution across engineering, design, applied science, and CX teams, operating with the urgency and precision required to ship world-class products on tight timelines.
• Navigate deep ambiguity with intellectual rigor and sound judgment, structuring ill-defined problem spaces, making high-quality decisions with incomplete information, and bringing clarity to the core team.
• Influence senior leadership with crisp, evidence-grounded narratives that connect customer value to business opportunity and technical feasibility.
• Raise the bar on product craft across the organization, setting standards for customer obsession, design excellence, and technical depth.
