Job description
GDSP is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to own the product vision and strategy for the analytical and automation products that operationalize deal workflows, automate reporting, and surface insights to deal teams globally. These products serve deal strategists, pricing leaders, and senior executives who depend on them daily to structure, evaluate, and negotiate transformative contracts with the most strategic AWS customers.
An ideal candidate pinpoints answers from broad data sets (deal telemetry, pricing models, customer usage, pipeline signals) at unprecedented scale, with speed and accuracy that does scales with volume growth. The role requires deep analytical acumen, the ability to define what questions matter most, and the product judgment to deliver answers in forms that drive action without sacrificing rigor.
This is a high-visibility role. Outputs are consumed directly by GDSP leadership and AWS executives. Product decisions in this space have immediate, measurable impact on deal velocity, pricing quality, and revenue outcomes.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the 3 to 5 year product vision and roadmap for deal intelligence and automation capabilities across GDSP
- Define products that leverage broad data sets (deal telemetry, pricing history, customer usage patterns, pipeline signals) to deliver precise, actionable insights at global scale
- Partner with engineering to evaluate architectural trade-offs, including where AI, automation, and agentic systems create the highest analytical and operational leverage
- Establish mechanisms (metrics frameworks, operational cadences, experimentation strategies) that make delivery repeatable and raise the quality bar across the organization
- Influence and align stakeholders across multiple organizations to remove obstacles and deliver outcomes
- Engage directly with customers (deal strategists, pricing leaders, GDSP executives) to validate direction and ensure the platform evolves ahead of demand
- Create product artifacts (PR/FAQs, strategy narratives, business cases) that build alignment with senior leadership
About the team

- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
