This role blends engineering depth with a passion for teaching and enablement. As a Workforce Development Engineer, you will shape how technical knowledge is shared and scaled across global teams. Your work will help engineers ramp faster, work smarter, and stay aligned as technologies evolve.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver technical training programs for engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Assess short‑ and long‑term workforce development needs across TPG
  • Develop, maintain, and improve course content and learning resources
  • Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with global sites to adapt and deploy training materials

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
  • 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience developing and facilitating technical training
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
  • Experience in DRAM, HBM, or Advanced Packaging
  • Proficiency with advanced computer tools and AI‑assisted content creation
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with 3D Solid Geometry Modeling (3DSGM)
