- Design and deliver technical training programs for engineering and manufacturing teams
- Assess short‑ and long‑term workforce development needs across TPG
- Develop, maintain, and improve course content and learning resources
- Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with global sites to adapt and deploy training materials
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience developing and facilitating technical training
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
- Experience in DRAM, HBM, or Advanced Packaging
- Proficiency with advanced computer tools and AI‑assisted content creation
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Familiarity with 3D Solid Geometry Modeling (3DSGM)
