About the team:The Report Team ensures the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of payroll results by auditing payroll and control reports for each payroll cycle. This team plays a vital role in identifying and addressing potential payroll issues before and after finalization, supporting corrective actions to protect associates and the company from pay discrepancies. Members collaborate closely with various departments to maintain regulatory compliance and deliver exceptional customer service. Their work safeguards payroll integrity and supports smooth business operations through diligent review and effective communication.
What you'll do:

Support business area strategy development by analyzing initiatives, interpreting data, and providing aligned recommendations.

Manage compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies through monitoring and implementing HR compliance processes.

Handle escalated customer service issues, providing technical support, benefits education, and resolving complex inquiries.

Coordinate equipment, software, and network requests, ensuring timely fulfillment and vendor collaboration.

Administer security access protocols, maintain confidential information, and monitor remote access environments.

Collaborate with partners to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and identify improvement opportunities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
