Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including IT leadership, facilities management, vendors, and contractors, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of project deliverables.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of audio visual and IT project managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Vendor and Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services while optimizing costs.
Risk and Quality Management: Identify and mitigate project risks related to cabling infrastructure, mechanical, or electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI) and organizational policies.
Resource Management: Monitor project request flow and allocate resources efficiently, and implement cost-control measures to maximize project efficiency.
Reporting and Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including high-level through detailed designs, standards compliance reviews, and status updates for construction partners and stakeholders.
Technology Alignment: Ensure cabling infrastructure supports current and future IT requirements, including high-speed data transmission, and emerging technologies, through strategic planning and consultation with IT teams and business unit representatives.
