Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. As an AI/ML Program Manager for Compute Trust and Safety Operational Excellence team, you will drive the efforts associated with the development, deployment, and ongoing governance of our AI/ML infrastructure. You are tasked with a mission-critical mandate, accelerating the AI transformation of Google Play's Trust and Safety Operations. This isn't about incremental gains; it’s about a fundamental paradigm shift. You will lead the transition from manual-heavy moderation to a high-precision, AI-native ecosystem. You will sit at the intersection of policy, engineering, analytics, product, and operations, ensuring that our AI models don't just work fast, but work right, improving decision accuracy and global coverage while significantly reducing our reliance on manual workflows.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$197,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
