The Molecular Biology Business Unit generates $1B+ in annual revenue across a diverse product portfolio serving a wide range of end markets. We are seeking a high-performing Senior Financial Analyst to support the business through targeted commercial analytics, financial modeling, and forward-looking insights.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Finance – Molecular Biology, this role offers exceptional visibility, leadership exposure, and career growth potential. You will serve as a trusted thought partner and strategic extension of the finance leader, indirectly helping to guide the Made-to-Order business performance while supporting business wide FP&A.
As a key partner to product, OEM, and support functions - you will influence all aspects of the P&L and Balance Sheet, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, net income, and capital investments.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
