Fast-moving, dynamic, and proactive, YouTube’s Trust and Safety team is dedicated to making YouTube a safe place for users, viewers, and content creators around the world to create, and express themselves. Whether understanding and solving their online content concerns, navigating within global legal frameworks, or writing and enforcing worldwide policy, the Trust and Safety team is on the front-lines of enhancing the YouTube experience, building internet safety, and protecting free speech in our ever-evolving digital world.
As the Americas Manager for YouTube Creator Policy Experience and Regulatory and Compliance Operations, you will lead the regional execution and localization of YouTube’s global trust, safety, and compliance strategies. Being at the intersection of fast-moving content regulations, legal escalations involving YouTube's Community Guidelines, and high-stakes creator escalations, you will manage teams of specialists dedicated to keeping the platform trusted, fair, and safe.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between front-line operations and global strategy alongside your peer regional managers in APAC and EMEA. You will be part of a team responsible for translating emerging online content regulations into robust, localized operational capabilities while simultaneously overseeing end-to-end management of high-profile issues in the legal escalations and creator policy space. As a regional leader, you will provide strong support for your teams, stay ahead of a rapidly evolving creator/platform and regulatory landscape, synthesize complex operational data, and deliver solution-based recommendations to executive stakeholders.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
