Key job responsibilities
-Program Implementation & Delivery: Lead end-to-end implementation of net-new partner programs, managing project timelines, deliverables, and
cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful and timely launches
-Program Operations & Optimization: Monitor the health and ROI of existing partner programs, identifying operational improvements and executing optimization initiatives that drive efficiency and partner satisfaction
-Partner Communication & Member Escalation Coordination: Provide timely, clear, and concise communications to partners and Amazon Pharmacy leadership; coordinate member escalations across internal teams, ensuring
swift resolution and a seamless partner and member experience
-Risk Assessment & Escalation Management: Proactively identify program risks, anticipate implementation challenges, and escalate appropriately with documented mitigation plans to ensure continuity of delivery
-Market Feedback & Internal Alignment: Relay partner needs, implementation learnings, and market requirements to internal Amazon Pharmacy teams to inform process improvements and service enhancements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to travel to Partner sites when required by project scope
- 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or implementation roles in a
B2B environment; managing
cross-functional project delivery with end-to-end ownership of strategic and operational deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences; working in fast-paced environments, managing competing priorities during periods of ambiguity or escalated activity
- Experience working with external clients or partners with a focus on operational excellence and timely execution
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing implementation or onboarding roles; Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Experience influencing
cross-functional stakeholders to drive project outcomes
- 2+ years of experience in
account management within a
B2B environment, with a focus on client retention and operational delivery

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
