The Senior Manager, People, leads the execution of strategic people initiatives to support business objectives and operational needs. This role oversees talent development, performance management, and organizational change, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. About the team...
This role will support Walmart+ Membership and Data Ventures, two highly visible global businesses, part of the company’s critical Enterprise Growth Team. Our Walmart+ Membership team is dedicated to building America’s most essential membership program. While our Data Ventures team is focused on empowering Walmart Suppliers and Merchants to use first party data to drive smarter decisions, elevate customer experience and fuel business growth through Scintilla.
What you'll do...
- Partner with senior leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned to business growth
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and high-impact development efforts
- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by providing guidance and training.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Define and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze people and business data to inform decisions, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
