We are now seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to build and run an end to end process including input consumption, forecast validation and integration/plan publish to downstream teams. This is a Day 1 opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial and pioneering team building from the ground up. You will understand cross functional dependencies, map out the existing process flow and make recommendations to improve on the teams future state. You will also analytically manage the data solutions and tools to challenge your input providers and defend the final forecast to senior stakeholders (up to Director). You will lead collaborations with business, product management and engineering teams to drive improvements. . As a Supply Chain Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of operations with an emphasis on sales & operations planning, logistics optimization, network design, and analysis of operational efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop (as an individual contributor) a new process to streamline forecast consumption, transformation and explain-ability.
• Manage advanced visualization solutions to allow business and tech stakeholders to deep dive and understand the teams forecasts.
• Collaborate with leaders across multiple teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Successfully operate and influence in a
cross-functional capacity

• Execute thorough root cause analysis and deliver results
About the team
The US Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Sortable team forecasts all inventory flows across the entire Sortable North America Fulfillment network spanning Amazon Robotics and Traditional sortable Fulfillment Centers (FCs). We manage everything from what Amazon receives to what it ships from our FCs. The S&OP forecast is the starting point of a weekly planning process spanning first, middle mile, last mile and defining the amount of resources (trucks, labor) that need to be secured to ensure we fulfil our customer orders at the highest speed, best quality, lowest cost and carbon intensity possible. We collaborate closely with Supply Chain Optimization Technology (SCOT) teams in North America and internal tech stakeholders across Supply Chain, Transportation, Labor Planning, and Finance teams, reconcile bottom-up and top-down inputs to build forecasts which are accurate and explainable as possible.

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in
stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
