Job description

We are seeking an organized, analytical Executive Administrative Assistant with strong business judgment to provide comprehensive support to the Retail Engineering leader and their global teams. You’ll connect with people across functions and levels, blending direct support with independent problem-solving.

The successful candidate will multitask and prioritize incoming requests without requiring close supervision, performing a wide range of administrative duties and project work:
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Retail Engineering leader and their global teams.
Calendar & Meeting Management: Proactively manage complex calendars, prioritizing inquiries, resolving scheduling conflicts, and coordinating multi-executive, multi-location meetings (in-person/virtual) with sound judgment.
Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for select team members and facilitate expense reporting.
Project & Event Coordination: Manage diverse projects with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events (e.g., Large and complex Global Team events like product launches, off-sites, team-building).
Facilities & Operations Support: Oversee facilities and operations support: space planning, conference room maintenance, supply management (ordering, stocking, mail), floor plan updates, facilities/maintenance requests, and security/privacy compliance.
Employee Onboarding & Support: Support employees by distributing equipment, processing access requests, and assigning desk allocations, adhering to operational policies.
Team Collaboration & Development: Collaborate with IS&T administrative assistants, contributing to new admin onboarding/training and assisting with recruitment/interviews as needed.

AA/AS degree and 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting packages up to 20 lbs and pushing a cart.

Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and tact with all levels of stakeholders.
Organizational Prowess: Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, effectively resolve complex issues and scheduling conflicts, and make timely, well-informed decisions aligned with Apple’s best interest.

Relationship Building: Experience fostering strong cross-functional relationships and promoting team collaboration.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $49.67 and $74.56/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
