Location: Framingham, MA
About the Job
The Engagement Lead for Specialty Care Manufacturing & Supply needs to have a passion for innovation and a comfort level with operating and driving initiatives within complex, matrix organizations, focusing on change management, employee engagement and content management. A “storyteller,” this person must be able to creatively weave business objectives and news into the fabric of the corporate narrative and internal campaigns, so employees emotionally connect to “big picture” priorities as they relate to their role.
