We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Hire: Outdoor Immersive Events Specialist, Live Events and Licensed Partnerships to support the planning, oversight, and operational execution of licensed outdoor entertainment productions. This role will focus on managing day-to-day coordination and operational supervision of DTG-licensed experiences produced by external partners. This is a six-month position.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Live Ticketed Events & Licensed Partnerships, this individual will serve as DTG’s operational liaison for all licensed outdoor show activations, ensuring that productions uphold Disney standards for safety, storytelling, technical execution, guest experience, and brand integrity.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in live entertainment operations, technical production management, outdoor event coordination, and cross-functional project leadership, with a strong ability to collaborate across internal stakeholders and external production partners.

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $76,300 to $98,600 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
