A day in the life
As a Business Analyst on the
AIT Business Operations team, you'll start your day reviewing dashboards and reports that track the health of Amazon's inbound transportation network. You might spend the morning collaborating with operations partners to understand a new data request, then shift to building a query or updating a visualization in the afternoon. You'll join weekly team syncs where senior analysts provide guidance on your projects, and you'll have regular 1:1s with your manager to discuss your development. Some days you'll focus on automating a manual process; other days you'll present findings to stakeholders who use your analysis to make decisions about
pricing, cost optimization, or shipper experience. Every day is a chance to learn something new — whether it's a
SQL technique, a business domain, or an
AWS tool.
