We are looking for an outgoing professional with strong program management instincts, high analytical capacity, creativity, intellectual curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills to support the WW Sales Finance organization. In this role, you will be embedded at the intersection of finance domain expertise and AI product development — serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the teams building next-generation AI tools for finance. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution and coordination of our AI-powered finance roadmap, ensuring work is moving forward with clear ownership, accountability, and measurable progress. The position requires the ability to understand and work with complex data sets, generated from equally complex business processes, in order to drive insights and inform product decisions.
Deeply understand Apple's relevant business activities, commercial interests, and related processes — and apply that knowledge to help define what "good" looks like for AI-generated outputs
Own program planning and milestone tracking across finance AI capabilities — maintaining a clear view of deliverables, owners, timelines, and dependencies across workstreams
Run structured delivery cadences — including standups, sprint planning, and action item tracking — to keep work moving with rigor and accountability
Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively surface risks, blockers, and tradeoffs before they become issues
Support execution of roadmap priorities across finance capabilities — including writing requirements, consolidating and proposing priorities, and analyzing user feedback with guidance from senior team members
Identify and drive solutions in response to user feedback, translating observations into actionable product improvements
Lead documentation and knowledge-building efforts — maintaining shared context, frameworks, and curated resources that support team onboarding and continuity
Review and validate SQL queries in collaboration with technical partners, developing proficiency in data verification and quality assurance
Coordinate and ensure readiness for capability launches — managing go/no-go criteria, testing participation, and adoption follow-through
Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or analyses, demonstrating intellectual curiosity beyond the immediate scope of work
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and work with engineering partners to assess feasibility and form project plans
Build and maintain program infrastructure — project trackers, RACI frameworks, launch checklists, and retrospective processes — that scale as the team and roadmap grow
Collaborate with engineering and data partners to influence tool and pipeline design decisions that improve usability and long-term maintainability
Document and share reusable frameworks, templates, and tools to improve onboarding and speed up solution delivery
2+ years of program management, consulting or financial/business/data analyst experience
BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or BS/MS in STEM or a quantitative field (CS, Applied Statistics, Operations Research)
4+ years of program management, consulting or financial/business/data analyst experience
Excellent problem-framing, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to change direction quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of analysis in business terms
Confirmed ability to conduct complex, data-driven analysis
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial modeling
A basic understanding of data design pattern differences between transactional ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and analytical data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake)
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and curiosity about how large language models and AI-powered tools can be applied to financial analysis and reporting
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets
Experience with program management tools and methodologies
Experience with data analytics tools and languages (e.g. R, Python)
Experience building interactive data visualizations and strong storytelling skills (e.g. Tableau, Streamlit)
