Position Responsibilities:
Shape and drive
product strategy that delivers significant business impact, orchestrating multiple product lines. Lead a team of Product Managers, mentoring them and establishing best practices. Engage with executives to align product initiatives with company objectives and secure resources for your team. Evaluate trade-offs, allocate resources, and prioritize initiatives across different products. Foster
cross-functional collaboration, ensuring Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales work cohesively toward common goals. Responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships that enhance your product ecosystem. Success in this role requires both strategic vision and the leadership skills to execute through multiple layers of the organization.
Position Requirements:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and ten years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and five years of experience. Must have five years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) technical product or program management experience; (2) experience owning or driving product roadmaps; (3) experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product; (4) experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product; (5) experience in leading a small team of Product Managers. Up to 25% domestic and international travel to perform role responsibilities may be required.
