Position Responsibilities:
Create, test and implement new operations models and process improvements. Partner with corporate ops and retail teams to define the best way to integrate new initiatives into current operations and partner with field operations to implement them. Partner with the field operations to define and enforce compliance to the standard processes by building management mechanisms and supporting the field ops leadership team as needed.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Systems Engineering, Analytics, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have two years of experience in the following skills: (1) using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements; (2) owning program strategy; and (3) experience with excel.
