Job Description
The Senior Specialist, Promotional Review Training, plays a critical role in enabling US Market operational excellence by designing, delivering, and evolving training programs that support the end-to-end promotional review process. This individual serves as a subject matter expert across promotional processes, systems, and standards, ensuring Job Owners and agency partners are equipped to navigate our company's complex regulatory environments effectively.
This role requires a growth mindset and the ability to continuously assess training needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable, learner-centered solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates across cross-functional teams, and ensures training programs align with evolving business processes, including transformational initiatives (such as review model transformation).
Primary Responsibilities:
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Conduct training onboarding for US Market Job Owners and agency partners on promotional review processes, systems, and expectations
Lead live training sessions, certification programs, and post-training refreshers to reinforce learner understanding and drive performance outcomes
Provide ongoing support through office hours, 1:1 coaching, and ad hoc training sessions to address learner needs and performance gaps
Subject Matter Expertise (SME)
Maintain deep expertise in the promotional review process, Workfront, and Veeva PromoMats, and core systems while serving as a trusted resource for trainees and stakeholders
Support learners in navigating complex scenarios within a highly regulated promotional environment
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training reflects current processes, systems, and compliance expectations
Training Operations & Governance
Manage trainee registration, enrollment, completion tracking, and certification status to ensure appropriate system access (e.g., PromoMats)
Maintain oversight of training completion requirements and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliance alignment
Administer and optimize training workflows and processes to improve efficiency and learner experience
Content Development & Continuous Improvement
Develop, maintain, and continuously evolve training materials and content to ensure alignment with US Market standards and process requirements
Update training curriculum to reflect transformational initiatives and ongoing process enhancements
Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness using learner feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs
Ensure training materials are accessible, standardized, and scalable across the US Market
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to update training content and ensure consistency with standards
Support broader capability-building initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across Promotional Operations
Compliance & Operational Excellence
Promote operational efficiency and best practices across training delivery and learner engagement
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, process excellence, and compliance adherence
Education Minimum Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industry
Strong understanding of promotional review processes and systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats, Workfront)
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences
Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
Analytical mindset with ability to identify gaps and implement process improvements
Preferred Experience & Skills
Demonstrated experience in training delivery, facilitation, or learning program management
Experience developing training curriculum and instructional design
Experience supporting large-scale process or system transformations
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in training programs
Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.

The salary range for this role is
$106,200.00 - $167,200.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
