As a Senior Analyst, Finance, you will play a critical role in supporting both short-term and long-term financial planning by analyzing financial statements and business data to inform decision-making. You will contribute to process improvements, communicate financial insights to senior leadership, and assist in business case presentations. What you'll do: - Analyze financial statements and business information to support short- and long-term financial planning and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models incorporating assumptions, risks, and expectations to guide business decisions.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to review expenses, measure performance indicators, and prepare recommendation reports.
- Communicate financial results, forecasts, and variances to senior management and assist in business case presentations.
- Support budget processes by providing insights on historical trends, retail dynamics, and potential risks.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
