As part of our YouTube Ads GTM team focused on Content, Creators, and Creative - we enable brands differentiated access to the best content and cultural moments, defined by platform-native creative excellence and brought to life by the world’s most trusted creators. By helping brands master the language of YouTube, we deliver sustainable outcomes for our clients, our creators, and our viewers.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $186000 - $270000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Unify disparate data streams across Premium, Content, Creator, and Creative pillars to deliver centralized business insights, working across Ads and YouTube PM, Regional GTM, Sales Specialists, and YouTube Ads GTM.
• Transform complex business data into actionable strategies that directly galvanize our product and commercialization roadmaps.
• Design standardized operational procedures and leverage AI and advanced tooling to automate procedural tasks and weekly updates, maximizing collective team productivity.
• Collaborate as a strategic partner on critical, executive-facing cross-functional workstreams, translating complex visions into high-impact slides and narratives.
• Partner directly with the pillar lead to navigate complex business needs, scale team efficiencies, and streamline cross-functional communication. Serve as a vital culture carrier by leading initiatives that improve data-sharing, team well-being, and general enthusiasm for our roles in alignment with Google values.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree, MBA, or an equivalent advanced technical/analytical degree.
• 8 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, business intelligence, or strategic program management.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role, driving cross-functional alignment and managing complex stakeholder networks within a global enterprise organization.
• Experience navigating highly ambiguous strategic goals and translating them into clear, actionable data objectives that directly steer product or commercialization roadmaps.
• Distinctive analytical skills with a deep understanding of data visualization platforms, infrastructure scaling, and the evolving digital creator economy.
• Proven capability to lead, influence, and align executive-level stakeholders across multi-geographic teams.
