We're seeking an embedded Unit Orgnizational Development (OD) Partner to act as a thought partner to the Unit People Director, focusing on critical path enablement during a period of transformative growth.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between organisational strategy and operational execution, specialising in strategic M&A integrations to retain critical capabilities and sophisticated organizational design to evolve our structures. You will be the architect of leadership empowerment, utilizing AI-enabled insights to build high-performing teams, and a driver of change management to incentivise the new ways of working essential to unit goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $219,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding of critical unit capabilities during mergers and acquisitions (M&As) by architecting cultural development programs that merge disparate teams into a unified, high-performing ecosystem.
- Redesign unit structures and evolve roles through scenario planning to ensure the organisation is built to deliver on its long-term priorities.
- Catalyse the growth of high-performing teams by equipping leadership with AI-enabled insights to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement change strategies that incentivise new ways of working while minimising operational disruption during transitions.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in HR or organizational development (OD), including an executive, lead, or partner role directly advising business unit leaders or executive stakeholders.
- 6 years of people management experience.
- Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
- Experience in leading organizational design (OD) initiatives through business transitions, including mergers and acquisition (M&A) integration (e.g., post-merger integration, talent strategies, or cultural alignment) and restructuring.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing relationships with executive leaders and cross-functional teams and comfort working in a dynamic, changing, and ambiguous environment.
- Experience in the AI industry.
