As the Practice Director, Generative AI, you will be responsible for setting the broad GenAI Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy across Google Cloud. You will drive product business generation goals by defining, launching, and monitoring global execution.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Regional GTM teams, to help establish and develop the portfolio of GenAI solutions that fuel regional sales growth. You will showcase thought leadership, understanding and reacting to industry trends in AI to address core market opportunities aligned with our product roadmap. Balancing high-level strategic alignment with direct "innovator-builder" mentalities, you will manage blockers to enterprise-grade AI maturity, addressing integration complexities, data readiness, and consumption challenges.
Additionally, you will partner closely with engineering and regional sales teams to ensure a healthy pipeline. You will work with senior leadership from Engineering and GTM to report on business progress, recommend acceleration tactics, and ensure our solutions perform at scale.
