Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
- Drive analysis specific to business of our Software as a Service products through our renewal land and expand motions (both direct and through partner) and drive business intelligence implementation to land reporting and execution frameworks at scale.
- Support key rhythms across the scaled segments with a focus on our corporate business (support steering committee meetings, practice leads, business development representatives).
- Support prioritization and targeting of business initiatives through a data-driven approach to identify size-of-the-prize and Google’s ability to win.
- Identify, parse, and share executive-level insights, supporting key business partners through both ad-hoc requests and regular cadences (forecasts, quarterly business reviews, etc.) related to product and segment performance.
- Land global thought-leadership on business health and performance, metrics definitions, dashboards and scaled insights, and tooling.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
- Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as business planning, running business reviews, or goal setting.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders to present data analysis and generate data-driven insights.
- Experience with investigative problem-solving and using spreadsheets to transform data into business insights.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree or MBA.
- Experience in management consulting, finance, or business strategy function.
- Experience with cloud subscription and consumption.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BI platforms, etc.), and collaborating with other business analysts and data scientists.
- Excellent relationship building skills with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., BI, partners, finance, sales operations, etc.).
- Track record of high productivity and meeting deadlines, with a willingness to be direct and to take responsibility.
