Are you ready to turn real-world evidence into decisions that change how people living with cancer are treated? Can you see yourself shaping global and US strategy so that the right evidence reaches physicians, payers and patients at the moments that matter?
In this individual contributor role, you will join a high-performing asset team that fuses science with strategy to generate and communicate compelling health outcomes evidence. Your work will connect ground breaking research with real clinical practice—advancing our pipeline, informing access, and improving the patient experience across the entire journey from diagnosis to survivorship. You will partner across Medical, Development and Commercial functions, lead high-impact studies, and translate insights into clear tools and narratives that accelerate uptake and benefit for patients and those who care for them.
When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.
Here, science meets strategy in the service of patients. You will work with experts across disciplines to build evidence that genuinely changes medical practice—bringing together health economists, epidemiologists, clinicians and data scientists to unlock insights faster and with greater impact. We value kindness alongside ambition, creating space for curiosity, debate and learning while keeping our focus on delivering outcomes that matter for patients, caregivers and healthcare systems. With a broad and deep Oncology pipeline and a culture that empowers you to try new ideas and learn from them, your contribution will be visible, meaningful and amplified by the power of unexpected teams working side by side.
If you are ready to lead evidence that shapes cancer care and see your work reach patients at scale, take the next step and apply to join us.
