As the North San Jose Workplace Service Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact and provide operational oversight for one of Google’s dynamic campuses.
Our Workplace Service Managers are stewards of Google’s resources, always looking for opportunities to implement innovation, efficiency and service improvements in our operations.
In this capacity, you will lead facility operations and connect REWS resources to deliver exceptional workplace experiences. You will partner with stakeholders to solve complex challenges and drive outcomes that exceed expectations. By managing operational delivery and facilitating discussions across stakeholders such as project management, vendor operations, and customer representatives, you will build trust, drive consensus in complex situations, and ensure REWS effectively meet business needs.
You aren't afraid to have fun with your job, and bring enthusiasm, dedication and a collaborative spirit to operate office spaces that facilitate some of the world's innovation.
The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We build and maintain all aspects of what keeps our Googley workspaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage the industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work -- from how we design healthy and collaborative workspaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, to delivering environments where Google and our employees can thrive.
