Credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC), independent of your Stripe billing date. More questions are answered on the FAQ.

Before you pay

Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card and includes 4 one-time Credits: enough for one tailored résumé, one cover letter, and one interview prep card.
What happens when I run out of Credits?
On Free, generating stops until you upgrade. Browsing, match scores, and your application tracker keep working. On Pro, Credits reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). Unused Credits don't carry over.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from Settings, through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the plan stays active until then. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Why is there no annual plan?
A job search should take a couple of months, not a year. Monthly or 3 months covers it, so that is all we sell.
Does tailoring work for jobs outside your catalog?
Yes. Paste any job description on the Tailor page and get the same rewrite for 1 Credit. Mock interviews also accept a pasted description. Cover letters and interview prep cards are for roles in the catalog.
Will a tailored résumé invent experience?
No. Every rewritten bullet has to reuse substance from your original, and numbers and system names can't be dropped. Keywords your experience doesn't support are listed as missing, not added.
