With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

US: $262000 - $365000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead other managers and executive contributors to develop a bold roadmap and organize the team to deliver it.
• Partner with and influence Director-level and above stakeholders from various organizations across the company.
• Lead the team with empathy and support each individual to grow in their role.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in distributed storage (e.g., cloud storage, object stores).
• Experience with storage as a service and machine learning.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
