Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Director, Business Operations and Strategy to join our Business Operations Team.
Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.
About the role:
The Director, Business Operations builds the long-term operational roadmap and strategically tackles organizational challenges with rigor and tact. This role is a steward of process and sets a high operational bar with cross-functional stakeholders. You will be a connector of leadership communications across the company, specific to the business process optimization and projects it supports. You will manage the execution of highly visible projects that ensure the success of cross-functional teams across Oscar. Additionally, you'll be a bridge between the People team and the business, partnering on organizational structure and change management to enable continued high-performance and organizational success.
You will report into the SVP, Network and Provider Management.
Work Location: This position is based in our New York office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
