As a UX Writer & Content Designer, you will use your gift for language to design intuitive, helpful product experiences, and bring a deep understanding of content and storytelling to deliver a coherent voice and narrative. You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, leveraging user insights to create industry-leading products.
As a UX Writer & Content Designer, you will regularly use craft, empathy, logic, and data to inform your writing and design choice. You will drive frameworks, guidelines, information architecture, heuristic models, design solutions, and influence product outlook . You will work with leadership to set goals and implement roadmaps.

Responsibilities
- Lead content design for key work streams; scope opportunities, set the plan, and deliver high-quality UX deliverables that define strategy and shape product experiences.
- Define content requirements and principles that guide and shape AI response strategies and experiences.
- Stay current on the latest design trends and technologies in consumer technology, generative AI, and natural language processing, and leverage this knowledge to innovate.
- Influence UX and cross-functional partnerships to align stakeholder expectations, drive understanding and alignment, and advocate for user-focused content experiences.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in UX content design, leading content-related projects in a tech product, or a related environment.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
- Experience with machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
