The GSSM organization enables the mass production of Apple's entire product line from iPhones, iPads and MacBooks to the Mac Pro, AppleTV, Apple Watch and Vision Pro. Part of the magic that makes all of this possible is a robust set of applications and systems designed and developed by Apple that support the production of a product from prototype to announcement and beyond.
The applications we build are used daily by the people at Apple that manage supply, cost, BOM across all products and regions. We have a large cross functional user group including Global supply managers, Material Program managers, Ops Finance, Legal, Suppliers and Contract Manufacturers. We work closely with them to design and architect the best solutions for the challenges faced when making the highest quality hardware products.
We are actively expanding our AI capabilities to drive daily efficiencies, pushing to develop cutting-edge solutions that leverage MCP and agentic technologies to revolutionize supply chain management for Apple. This role demands a deep understanding of AI principles, practical experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You will be instrumental in driving the next generation of AI capabilities within GSSM, directly impacting Apple's ability to deliver its products at scale.

Demonstrated ability to work closely with software engineers and designers, engage in thoughtful and respectful debate, and prioritize among competing needs

We work cross-functionally and you will partner daily with our AI engineers, designers, software developers & stakeholders to build impactful software products, specifically unlocking new Agentic experiences.
