Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a relevant field
MBA or Master's degree preferred
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or other Asian languages
Solid ability to personally deliver large-scale initiatives with high levels of complexity and competing priorities
Proven ability to drive alignment across large, matrixed organizations on scope, schedule, and resource commitments under tight deadlines
Experience integrating business transformation with systems architecture, operating model design, and organizational change management
macOS Proficiency — comfortable working natively in the Apple ecosystem including Keynote, Pages, and related productivity tools
