Grow with Google is Google’s initiative to help Americans get the skills needed to land good jobs or advance in their careers, and to help our business partners find the critical talent they need. We built Grow with Google based on the fundamental belief that the opportunities created by technology should be available to everyone. Since 2017, the program has helped 12 million Americans grow their skills, careers, or businesses. This includes over 400,000 Americans who have graduated from our Google Career Certificate program, the majority of them upskilling from low wage work to well paying jobs. Read more in our Impact Report. And we have done it by working with organizations in communities all across the U.S. – employers, nonprofits, workforce development boards, government bodies, educational institutions and small business development centers.
