In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring Apple's branded fixtures across a large global network of reseller locations are maintained to Apple's high standards to ensure the best customer experience. Success requires the ability to directly manage Apple employees, lead through subordinate managers, and represent and collaborate as part of a larger, cross-functional team. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively interact with and influence all levels within the organization — including executive leadership — navigating sensitive situations with diplomacy and without damage to key relationships.
Lead and develop a global team of Operations Managers across multiple functional areas, establishing objectives, delegating work plans, and exercising full supervision over cost, methods, and staffing — while coaching and growing talent at all levels.
Own the worldwide operational budget, including creation, reporting, and adjustment, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance requirements to drive fiscal accountability.
Establish and enforce global standards, policies, and best practices to maintain brand integrity, quality control, and compliance across all international channel locations — championing sustainable preservation practices that extend fixture lifecycle and align with Apple's environmental commitments.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Install, Demand Planning, Procurement, Programs, IS&T, and Security to integrate operational strategies and achieve cohesive business outcomes.
Engage regularly with senior and executive leadership across multiple divisions and geographies, influencing strategic direction, securing buy-in, and representing the WW Preservation team with clarity and authority.
Leverage AI, data analytics, and advanced reporting tools to modernize operational workflows, surface real-time quality signals, and drive smarter, faster decision-making across the global network.
Synthesize global insights and quality data from geo partners across all regions to identify trends, prioritize systemic fixes, and continuously improve worldwide operational standards.
Define requirements for internal tooling enhancements, focusing on maximizing data capture, accelerating repair workflows, and maintaining data integrity at scale.
Lead change management for global operational initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and standards across geo teams, vendors, and field partners.
Contribute to future fixture and merchandising planning, ensuring designs align with Apple's brand guidelines and enhance the in-channel customer experience.
