As the engineering program manager you will oversee and coordinate specifying, developing,
characterizing, integrating, and validating wireless charging subsystems inside of products.The Inductive Tech EPM team operates in a collaborative environment with other cross-functional teams such as systems architecture, thermals, firmware, and operations teams.
In this capacity, you will serve as the primary representative and voice of the wireless charging
program, and along with the engineering manager be its primary champion across the
organization. Engineering excellence, technical curiosity, proactiveness, innovation, and

Lead and align cross-functional teams — spanning electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, system integration, thermal, and battery — to ensure tight coordination and deliver best-in-class charging solutions.
Coordinate and work closely with firmware and software teams that enable charging control and algorithms for the wireless charging subsystem.
Lead executive (VP level) communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process.
Define the program plan/schedule and manage program execution to integrate the wireless subsystem into Apple products such as iPhone, iPad, and Watch. Efficiently and effectively react to unexpected changes in the plan.
Work with suppliers to manage and support engineering development builds leading to mass production, tracking yields, addressing issues, and facilitating communication.
Work with internal and system teams to keep track of engineering activities such as performance validation, yield optimization, and failure analysis coordination while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Support internal proof-of-concept hardware and software development for new application investigations.
Work with engineering management to define the wireless charging roadmap.
Foster alignment across teams—navigating technical tradeoffs and interpersonal dynamics to keep programs moving forward.
Push for excellence and continuous improvement: offer best practices, implement process changes, incorporate AI workflows, and seek out efficiencies to make our design methodology better.
BS in STEM field (e.g. EE, ME, Physics, etc.) and +3 years relevant experience
Product development, engineering, or program management experience shipping consumer electronic systems, semiconductor, or other electronic hardware
Curiosity about and familiarity with AI tools—with interest to apply them to improve engineering and program workflows
Ability and willingness to travel internationally (typically once per year; accommodations available as needed)
Systems-level hardware program management experience across multiple engineering disciplines
Ability to work on strategic tasks and solve for ambiguous, open ended goals
Excellent communication and planning skills
Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
Solid problem-solving, failure analysis, and debugging skills
Master’s degree in electrical engineering or physics
