The Google Compliance team makes sure that our business is always consistent with the current financial regulations. Comprised of multitaskers, this team balances Google's legal and compliance requirements with the dynamic needs of our users and the values of our company. As part of this team, you proactively identify pain points and gaps in existing policy frameworks and find innovative solutions. You develop efficient compliance systems and work with teams to implement these across the organization. You are thorough in all you do and see to it that as Google pursues our next big idea, we always have our bases covered.
As a Third-Party Governance and Oversight (3PGO) Program Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic roadmap for third-party risk management, executing key initiatives, and driving the cross-functional coordination required to establish a unified third-party risk management process. You will partner with and influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders spanning Engineering, specialized Risk Domains, Product Area (PA) Compliance teams, Legal, Security, and Procurement to align teams behind a single, end-to-end risk ecosystem. You bring a multidisciplinary skillset, robust program management experience, sharp business acumen, exceptional cross-functional collaboration, and a proven talent for building consensus and driving alignment without direct authority. Experience driving enterprise risk strategy and cross-domain governance is highly valued for this role.
