In this role, you will facilitate training sessions across a range of Apple's internal tools, contribute to training content, and partner with the Knowledge & Training (K&T) team and stakeholders to keep training current and effective. You will work with growing independence on structured assignments, learn to balance multiple priorities, and contribute ideas to improve existing programs. Strong interpersonal communication and a customer-focused mindset come naturally to you, and you're eager to deepen your craft as a facilitator.
Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions on Apple's internal productivity tools, with support on more complex topics or unfamiliar audiences.
Contribute to assigned training initiatives across the lifecycle, from needs analysis through delivery, with guidance on ambiguous or higher-stakes work.
Partner with the K&T team, product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to stay current on product changes and surface training needs.
Contribute to and help refine training materials such as slide decks, exercises, and assessments based on learner feedback and delivery experience.
Adapt facilitation approach to different audiences, using storytelling, framing, and pacing to support shared understanding.
Collaborate across the K&T team to align training delivery with documentation, video, and broader content efforts.
Gather and share learner feedback and outcomes to support improvements in program effectiveness.
Experience facilitating or delivering training, instructional, or learning sessions, in a virtualand/or in-person setting.
Working proficiency with macOS and iOS, and Apple's productivity suite (Keynote, Numbers,Pages)
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
Experience in training, facilitation, teaching, or a related learning and development role.
Working knowledge of adult learning theory, assessment, and learner-needs analysis.
Experience delivering training across multiple modalities (virtual instructor-led, in-person, asynchronous).
Familiarity with the full training lifecycle (analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation).
Experience supporting training for technical or enterprise tools.
Experience or curiosity working with AI and GenAI tools to enhance training delivery, content development, or learner experience.
Experience facilitating with global audiences, with awareness of accessibility considerations.
