Johnson and Johnson is currently recruiting for a Med Tech Supply Chain PMO Excellence Lead, (aka: Project Manager for Project Managers) preferably to be located in Jacksonville, FL, Raritan, NJ, or New Brunswick, NJ. Other JNJ sites on the east coast sites will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

At our MedTech Supply Chain organization, the PMO Excellence Leader holds both the leadership and management roles in the PMO. The PMO Excellence Leader is responsible for establishing the governance, processes, tools and capabilities required to successfully deliver projects, programs and other structured work efforts. The PMO Excellence Leader is also responsible for improving overall Project Management Capability maturity across the organization and partnering closely with executive and functional leaders to drive execution discipline, improve delivery predictability, and continuous improvement across the organization. Ensures that the work of the PMO adds value, is relevant to the strategy of the organization, and meets the goals set for the PMO by executive leaders.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
