- Display panel architecture scoping and definition
- Display pixel and panel design, layout and parasitic parameter extraction
- Display pixel and panel modeling, characterization, and validation

- Collaboration with Touch teams to design touch sensors and model/analyze touch-display coexistence
-Collaborate with Sensing teams for integration of sensors behind display panels
- Collaboration with Mechanical Engineering/Product Design teams on panel peripheral circuit and border design for narrow-border display technology
- Collaboration with external vendors for display manufacturing
- International business travel to support project implementation
BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
Strong command of Electrical Engineering circuit design fundamentals (analog and digital)
Experience with Cadence/Virtuoso modeling and simulation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in technical knowledge of displays or related electronics
Experience in display pixel, gate driver designs
Understanding of Thin-Film Transistors (TFTs) and display panel process
Experience in characterizing electrical performance of electrical circuits
Experience in integrating AI and AI agents in circuit design/analysis workflows
Apple is looking for a world-class circuit design engineer to design, develop and launch the next generation of technologies for the mobile, laptop and desktop displays in Apple products. The display panel design team is responsible for delivering the advanced panel circuits, designs and technologies to enable the world’s best display performance. Individual will take full ownership of a display panel from proof-of-concept to mass production, working with teams across the company, serving as a focal point in architecting and developing display circuits including pixels, driving circuits and other designs-on-panel. This includes circuit layout/optimization, circuit simulation, whole panel architecture/simulation, co-existence design/simulations with other components (sensing/cameras/others), and the development of AI-assisted circuit/layout design tools.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
