Jam City is on the hunt for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager, located at our Los Angeles office, to work on several of Jam City’s top-grossing mobile games. The perfect candidate will drive Jam City’s mobile marketing growth by leveraging data-driven UA, creative, and ASO strategies.
We are looking for a high-impact marketer who can collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze the competitive landscape, optimize both organic and paid conversion funnels, and think forward with machine learning and AI across the complete user lifecycle. Budget & Campaign Management: Manage significant marketing budgets to maximize Jam City’s growth, efficiency, and business profitability across social channels, ad networks, and DSPs.
Creative Strategy Ownership: Own the end-to-end UA creative strategy. Build performance-driven creative roadmaps, brief production teams, and relentlessly test new formats to improve conversion rates and lower CPIs.
ASO Strategy Ownership: Define and execute App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies. Lead organic growth initiatives, including keyword optimization, A/B testing store assets (icons, screenshots, videos), and aligning ASO with paid UA hooks to maximize store conversion.
Performance Optimization: Optimize channel, creative, and store performance, championing KPIs critical to the business: ROAS, LTV, ARPU, and organic multiplier.
Partner & Channel Expansion: Manage advertising and ASO vendor partnerships. Seek, test, and evaluate new acquisition channels and optimization tools based on competitive and market intelligence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with studios, creative services, and lifecycle marketing teams to bring together a holistic approach to growth.
3–5 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
Proven track record of owning or heavily influencing creative strategy and ASO (App Store Optimization) for mobile apps or games.
Deep analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills; ability to turn creative and ASO test results into actionable growth strategies.
Hands-on experience running campaigns on major networks (e.g., Meta Ads, Google AC, AppLovin) and using ASO tools (e.g. AppTweak).
Advanced Data Skills: High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis. Knowledge of SQL, Databricks, and Tableau is a major plus.
Experience working in the social/mobile game industry is highly preferred.
BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or an equivalent quantitative fields
